What exactly is a snapshot?
A HighLevel snapshot is a copy of an account's structure — workflows, funnels and websites, forms, surveys, calendars, pipelines, custom fields and values, tags, dashboards and trigger links. You import it into your own sub-account and it rebuilds all of that in minutes.
What does not come across?
Contacts, conversations and opportunities. Phone numbers and A2P registration. Domains and email authentication. Any third-party connection — Stripe, Google, Meta, your calendar. Those are account-level things you connect yourself; no snapshot on any marketplace can carry them.
Can I undo an import?
No — a snapshot load cannot be reversed. Import into a fresh sub-account, or a throwaway one you are willing to delete. Every buyer guide opens with this warning.
How long until it is actually running?
About 45 minutes of configuration, because each system ships with a Setup Wizard: one internal form writes every custom value at once, so no message goes out with an unfilled merge field. A2P approval and DNS are on their own clocks and are not included in that figure.
Do the workflows start firing immediately?
No. Every workflow imports as Draft on purpose, so nothing reaches a real person while you are still filling in your details. You publish them when texting and email are connected.
Can I resell or white-label it?
You can deploy a snapshot into the sub-accounts of clients you serve. You cannot resell the snapshot itself as a product. One licence, one agency.
What if HighLevel changes something?
Fixes go into the snapshot and the changelog says whether a change is push-safe — meaning existing sub-accounts can take it with Push Update — or needs a fresh import.
